reputation lost

Came back to my PC to find that I needed 48 reputation to achieve a promotion to knight, as there was 200 rep for sale in the fair for 3 gems I bought it. I took the upgrade and restarted my PC as it seemed a little laggy, what do you know? refreshed to find I am back to being a master Sergent, with only 19302 reputation?????? how does that happen, does our lost reputation and gems go to the same black hole that odd socks disappear to, please Tynon answer my question and restore both my faith in you and my rep and or the gems I spent on the rep. was planning to become VIP3 this weekend - but you can forget me spending my cash on disappearing goods and rep - fix it grrrrrrrr.

recently I spent 3 gems to buy 200 reputation, I needed 48 rep to get past 20000 and become a Knight. I achieved the upgrade, then after I refreshed I found my rep had rolled back to 19302, and this was after I claimed my daily arena rewards???? so that a loss of about 1000 reputation in a couple of seconds.

Go to customer service (billing support) and fill in a customer request form. That's your best bet I'm afraid.

I have had the same situation - I was at @ 59,000 reputation. Log in today to find I am 8,688 reputation. What Gives?
