Locked out during Cerebus

Boosted with gems then got locked out of Tynon after 2 attacks on Cerebus. Game loaded in reduced screen and would not fully load so I never got back in. I am extremely tired of loosing all my gems because I can't finish Cerebus or Baal. Now that I've finally been able to log back in, I'm missing @70,000 in power!

Interesting Jennifertarry..that is mirror affects of what happened to me. Two attacks then the problems exactly like yours and I lost all my gems I boosted with and never got back into the attack and I am missing 1/2 my power of 400k + even as I write here. just did a refresh and now loading only to 25%

same as for me wasn't able to get back in at all. lost all from cerbeous today. plus patch and refresh yesterday right in the battle of cerebus...cmon guys get with it do that crap in early morning hours when less is on and no boss fights...i'm am getting fed up with all the crap on here fix problems with the game i can't even enjoy it. plus when i claim guild rewards i get no map pieces what's up with that?.......

Locked out of Banish Cerebus also, multiple icons were missing on refresh, refreshed multiple times & cleared cache, same result locked out of cerb (no icon) and game lagged to the point nothing would load. After Banish Cerebus battle, refreshed and game somewhat back to normal.

Don't use the refresh glitch on Realm 'Boss fights if you don't want to be locked out
