Game is Just Not Loading

I am having this issue where the game only loads partially. I can't do anything, and it is typically around boss fights. Today I was fighting Cerb and all of a sudden I couldn't load a battle, it was stuck at 9% so I reloaded my page, used a different browswer, and cleared my cache, by the time I could even get in game, they had him down. When I was in game, finally, I had no access to anything but Auto training and auto leveling. No fair, no quests, no guild, no cerb, my blacksmith and talents said they were available with only one slot open. It is really annoying that this happens. I have missed out on bosses and warfares. I typically use firefox running windows 7. Is there anything that I can do to stop this. I sunk money into the game and now I feel like it is a waste because lately, half the time I can't do much of anything.

Same problem this morning for me. Exactly the same. I'm still stuck as we speak. Nothing will load, and I've tried every browser I have, cleared cache and cookies, and made sure my flash player was up to date. This is NOT a user-side problem. It's a problem with your game, and you need to fix it.

I agree with TheNewKid. After all I used Gems before Ceb, then they updated the game and it froze up for a lot of people, I paid money for those gems...

I had the same thing today, I was completely frozen out for the whole fight against Cerb, it is so unfair on players that have even used credits to upgrade for the fight.

Don't use the refresh glitch on Realm 'Boss fights if you don't want to be locked out

I am about to just give up, I've paid $100 on this game Vip2 and i cant do laby or pirates or cerebus/baal. Doesn't load for me whatsoever. I have done everything i know, changed browers reinstalled cleared caches cookies and nothing seems to work it just lags soo bad it wont even load any of the events. Not sure what else to do.
