    Unhappy Tynon Ignoring players

    I posted a thread 2 days ago or more about gems missing and beginner rewards icon missing and a few other technical or bug problems. I posted it in bugs and after a day and a half of no replies or just replies from other players with same problems i posted again in technical and also submitted a ticket to the request page. Still nothing no day 5 rewards for one acct after power outage and constant disconnected from server messages that prevented me from reaching it for about 24 hrs late and no rewards at all on 1 account because of missing icon or bx to claim them. Not to mention the missing gems and other problems. Still no response. I like this game but unless things get better with the game and with customer service I will not coin and I will stop playing and I will recommend people not play it instead of play it. VERY frustrated right now.

    I agree. And if you post on their FB page, instead of addressing the problem - the delete the post.
