So ever since i started this game i have had problems with glitches time and time again, It's funny because when i had my first problem i thought oh i'll just submit it on the forum and it will be taken care of.

when i first started i had to make three accounts because the first two were glitched and couldn't move forward.

Well now it seems you just don't care, You don't respond to my posts or my messages, You really don't do anything to help your players.

I have lost over 550 gems because you guys just don't seem to want to make the game better for the community.

I want everyone who reads this to know, I don't care if you continue to play but i urge you not to invest any money into this game because when you need tynon to be there to help you they will not.

Thanks tynon for creating a pretty good game and then failing to take care of it, I really just wish you would take a little time in your day to read the sections you created for people to post their problems and ACTUALLY read and respond to them , Thank you . Grant

I'm sorry to read you've been having problems, Grant.

I'm not in a position to fix your in game problems but have you tried filing a customer request through Tynon (billing support)? The link is in my sig.

The problem is the forums are designed for gamers to come and discuss the game, rather than a place to report issues with your account. The devs and reps cannot look at every individual post even if it's a concern. I know it's been frustrating for you, but CS is the best place to go if you want your case looked into.
