I'm not in a position to fix your in game problems but have you tried filing a customer request through Tynon (billing support)? The link is in my sig.

The problem is the forums are designed for gamers to come and discuss the game, rather than a place to report issues with your account. The devs and reps cannot look at every individual post even if it's a concern. I know it's been frustrating for you, but CS is the best place to go if you want your case looked into.
