    How do you find the Noble Lady when the message says she is visiting the city?

    Ask around in realm/guild chat once 9 PM server time rolls around. She moves every 5 minutes and you can talk to her again each time she moves.

    have a guild member who can't see her, status says locked. s it supposed to be like that? does it open up at a certain level?
