Just got a reward of 3 stars + the rest... did an upgrade on Barendd who was at three stars... it showed success.. then it showed 4 stars ...then I think it glitched... tried to upgrade him again... would not budge ... and then suddenly Barendd was at 2 stars !!!!!!!!
Please help... much appreciated thanks... I am hoping you have a log of some sort...this happened about 15 mn ago ie about 1 15 pm california / nevada time

If the upgrade fails, you go down a star level. Your computer probably lagged and you clicked it twice.

and I clearly saw 4 stars before it happened... so not sure what happened

also I saw a new lower percentage chance to raise Barendd next time... then it seems there was a freeze of some sort because I wanted to raise Barendd once more... try to and could not... I closed the small heroes screen to reopen it and check what it was... maybe a rule I did not know to forbid from attempting to raise twice in a row or something and then when I reopened not only was the new fourth star gone but also one extra....!!!!!! and the star used up
