Disappearing Valla Card

For the first time in over a week I finally get a purple card from Heaven Tavern and it disappears. I have Valla already so I do a sanction and the card is gone and I didn't get anything for the sanction. Nothing in chat about it, except me getting the card. It cost me over 1 mil in credits to get the card. This losing stuff has got to stop. It cost me gems to get the credits and I spent money to get the gems. This has to be 5 or 6 times in the past 7 days I have lost something in this game. When is it going to stop. Most places in this world if you take peoples money and they get nothing in return or you cause them to lose what they spent their money on...that's called stealing in my world and the people that do it are called thieves!!!!!

old same thing happened to me,i bought a shayd it costed 2.13m creds and i got 6k hp attribute when i sanctifie it,it forced me to refresh shortly after and when it reloaded it was gone,and it says i dont have a shayds card now either. i made a post of it yesterday but they wont shed any light on this. I mean why give me a compensation package if i use it on something and get a nice reward and then take it away from me.?
