Lightning Essence

I have now had two of something called Lightning Essence, and I still donot have anything in my storage of that name. Can u tell me what it is and why I cant see it please.

Asking the obvious, so don't yell. Have you cleared cache and reloaded?

Also, I'm assuming this is from arena? If so, since beta, there have been issues in arena. Items will change when they hit your inventory, stakes disappear, stakes refresh quicker then once an hour...et al. Unfortunatly it is something still plagues arena.

I am a guild Host, I have to do that many times a day, and yes I have done all of the above. I have received the lightning essence from chests, actually collected them, and got the message saying I have, its just I dont have any, and by now I should have 2.

Somehow a Lightning Essence appeared in my inventory, however I found another one from a chest in the arena, and it didnt give it to me again. Can someone explain why it is that this is the only item, so far, that doesnot want to appear?

I am getting tired of this, Lightning essence has been awarded from the arena again, and yet again I dont get it. That should be 4 now.
