6 Star dropped to 4?

I had 5 star hero. Had 1 blue medal Ugraded my 5 star successfully to level 6. Go back 2hours l8er as i purchased some gems and he is now 4star? No i didnt lag out an click twice as i only had 1 blue medal to start with.... Spent another 30gems on 3 medals to get back to 5star n each 1 failed... pretty pissed as it was 6star

i didnt attempt at 6 star can u not read? i had 1 blue medal got it to 6 star came back 2hours l8er it was 4star

yep this has been reported but nothing seems to be getting done; happend to me with a successful 9 star upgrade a couple of times. 9 star succeeded, then open and closed my heroes and star was gone.
