I never saw the Beginner's Rewards when I started server 6.
...I'm now on day 4.. So I don't expect to be compensated...
(although it would be AWESOME!.. Since I've missed out on so much..).

Help, or even just confirmation, that this is being looked into would be awesome.
Started at the beginning with nothing... and it's definitely rough.
I'd hate to be a new member without that extra help.

They care about players if there is an actual issue....Unfortunately for this issue it isn't their fault, it's yours. Just out of luck on this one, sorry

It's her fault for reporting it late, it's not her fault that the beginners rewards didn't show up, not to mention i think beginners rewards not showing up is a "Actual issue" all issues, are "Actual issues", more brains and thought before posting should be added to the rules in this forum.

Please, do tell. The fact that it happened, is NOT my fault. I reported it late, yes, but why it happened is beyond me.

Like I said, I don't care if I get compensation! I just wanted to let people know so it doesn't happen to a new user.

It has nothing to do with your fault but with game issues.

So many don't even get the option to see it yet easily complete the first few that they need to keep records for those that complete them and pay them once the game works.

Maybe it should be better explained or highlighted but if Beginners Awards are not collected before they expire, then I'm afraid they are gone for good.

However, I had to read the OP several times before I got the gist of what was being said and even then I'm not sure whether the beginners awards were missed accidently or never appeared.

I have to say guys if you have in game issues please use the CS (billing support) link in my sig. It's often better to report things there then post it here where it maybe missed.

If you complete the task before time ran out you should be able to claim the rewards at any time as people who do not have the icon available yet complete the requirements need access to claiming them once they finally get around to fixing this game bug.

Morgan le Fay - The Beginner's Rewards never appeared at all. They were not simply missed. If that were the case, I wouldn't be posting anything at all, as it would be my own fault. I have taken your advice though and sent in a report on various other issues, thank you for the help, I appreciate it.
