Noble Lady crashes server 1 minute into her quest

Lol this is a new record.
Literally 1 minute into the Noble Lady quest, the server crashes.
Signs of it crashing:

1. Noble Lady doesn't give out rewards:



2. Unlimited gold (that doesn't get credited) -> signs of a server desync



3. You're the only one walking. Literally everyone is just standing -> server desync too

I saw all of those except the excessive gold today, instead I got the 9% error. However, I did get a little over 100k coins when I clicked on TNLOMD.

Figured it was because of the Noble Lady that I couldn't login. Should just take her out of the game since she is having so many problems.

If they took her out of the game, they wouldn't have the opportunity to fix the problem (which likely isn't a programming issue, it's likely a server load issue) and it would likely occur elsewhere at some other point anyhow.

That's precisely why they need to fix it now. If they just kill Noble Lady and do whatever (if anything) with the timeslot, yes the issue is fixed for us Beta users. However, if they decided to implement a new event after the game goes live (as most games that wish to continue increasing their member base and keep existing players happy) the issue would be brought right back to light and then it would be a huge blowout due to the fact that there will be that enormous amount of players.

Its not a software issue, its a hardware issue. The infrastructure of Fiberhub doesn't seem to be able to handle this type of server load.

And i think changing hosting companies is out of the question.

Ergo. Remove the feature that is causing the crash completely.

Replace with a working feature that is just as attractive to customers (Realm Boss)

I still suggest to take out the Noble Lady for good.

And replace with a Realm Boss for the Asia, Australia and S. Africa timezone.

Happened to me as well.. didnt get the first rewards and I got kicked out for 10 mins. When I came back and found her, all I got was gold which is total crap cause I found her as soon as quest started.

I guess it's all we can expect with a beta version. Working out all the kinks in the beginning. It's just frustrating to try and play a game and every time we turn around, something goes wonky.
