there are many quest that i suppose to have but I dont have it like race to top and other quest. Each time i go shrine and do it but it never complete in assistant

I take it you've clicked on the Shrine tab and then "sacrifice to all gods".
At server reset, refresh your browser and then you'll get your daily free sacrifice.
Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
also , do not get credit with the assistant.stays at 0/2. daily sacrifice is okay.
If you use the resources from the daily shrine it will crash the game and force you to reload the game and it will have resetted again as it seems not to work even though you activated it.
Kinda seems like the shrine just doesn't work yet.
