Karthus bug?

I dont know if its just me, but most of the time when I use Karthus, she doesnt seem to do any damage. Her attack letters come up but I dont see any attack animations or any damage numbers.

I've actually seen this bug with some of the Necromancers as well now that you have mentioned it. I believe they use the same skill as Karthus. It could be a bug with the skill and not the hero.

Sometimes Mages can miss. That is not a bug, just bad luck.
