This has popped up about 20 times in the last 20 mintues, basically if i visit the fair or go to a place and come back it pops up then goes to the bottom of the screen just like in beginner tutorial when it shows catherine being placed behind you.

Yes, same thing is happening to me, rather inconvenient although with all the bugs, it's reassuring it's still there.
