my character got erased -.- i was SuperPowerHero in the guild Archers... when i logged off and then loged back on everything was gone and i had to make a new character

I was playing the game when I got disconnected. When I reloaded the page it said bad gateway so I went to the home page and when I tried to log in, it told me to create a character! Alyce was my name. I had almost 40k power and a Guild with 5 members. Please don't tell me I have to start over again.

Same issue but level 45 with 550k power and ive spent 300 dollars on this game. Filing a dispute with paypal

Same here, lost my character, was lvl 38 and i puted lot of effort to upgrade it, when i try to login it says - Create new character. Game was working fine before that, i have pressed refresh due to issuing some lag spikes and got this error. Server 8.

Same thing here on server 7.

They are not reset but for whatever reason when you make a new character it logs in with your normal account.
