I just logged out, and I try to log back into my account and goto my server, and it says to "create a new character" What happened to my Character I was working on? Was I hacked? How can it just disappear? If this has happened, I would like a refund on the gems I bought

While in the Rune Temple, I was disconnected. I hit the refresh button and was taken to the Character Creation Screen. Please Fix. I am VIP4 and while that is not a lot of money, you have exactly 24 hours to respond to this post before I escalate this to a level you would prefer not to see.

My character's name is Kalel and I am on Bow of Athena - 7 and I went to go get on and character has vanished, I was lvl 50 or 51 and VIP3. I have tried refreshing, restarting and rebooting my computer but nothing so far. I am trying to find out if anyone has had any luck in getting their character back?

Okay guys, yes, they're right. Creating a new character will get you back in game like normal. I tried it myself and so did a few of members here and also some from my guild. Good luck and please post if this works but it might not give it back. It was just a SUGGESTION. Use it as your own risk.

You guys need to read and stop complaining for a sec You can access your MAIN and maybe alts .Just read the 1st 2-3 posts that I posted instead of skipping over it and complaining
