Game froze so I hit the refresh button, game loaded and took me to the create a new character screen. HELP!!!

I just tried your suggestion insane and villainx of making a new character, however, I was not given my characters back.

Did you use the last Login to create a new account?

My character also disappeared lvl 53 1.7mill power better get fixed!

I havent beem able to play for like a week because of the 99% loading screen issue, now that im able to log they erase my character, this game is really testing my patience for real.

You guys need to read and stop complaining for a sec You can access your MAIN and maybe alts .Just read the 1st 2-3 posts that I posted instead of skipping over it and complaining

I tried what was suggested by you and others, it did not work for me. So no, I'm not going to stop complaining until I get what is mine back

I have a lvl 55 character on server "Wrath of Odin". I cannot login. When I make the attempt, it starts to load and then switches over to the "make a new character" page.
I never had this issue before. What's going on? and can I get any help here? I have tried numerous times.
