Thread: [SOLVED 6/30/13]My character got erased

    I just refreshed and tried to log in and my old character reappeared, so they've fixed it, or in the process of fixing it, thanks forum mods

    UPDATE

    After choosing create new character, It took me into my existing account, and after another refresh, it no longer took me to character creation screen. So far it seems this works.

    One person did state that it failed to work for them. It happened to me just a bit ago, the glitch stating to create a new char. I just stopped trying and waited a few minutes, closed the browser, logged out, then back in and everything was back to normal.

    Patience for everyone is my suggestion.

    Close out your browser, log out of Tynon fully, refresh, then log back in and try from there.

    Sorry for the hiccup. Should be fixed now. Nothing was lost or deleted. Just refresh and you should be good to go.

    Beginner rewards time out on day 7 if they are not completed by then. The beginner rewards do not reappear after they time out. Was this what happened? If it did then sorry but it's not going to come back.

    It works for me now, it took some doing because the server didn't want to co-operate.
