Missing items

I am not getting the items I am supposed to when I battle n dungeons no gem drops tho it says I have won them . Also I did not get my hero card in the tavern though I chose a hero I had already recruited who can I report this too

You can report it to Tynon Customer Service. Think to which is in my sig.

It will look like its billing support but its where account issues need to be reported to.

Is the hero purple/gold? If not then they don't get cards.
