vip reward bug?

Hello, i just upgraded my account to level 4 vip, and i didnt get the 15 medals (in total) ...

what to do?

I just upgraded to VIP5 and when I try to get the VIP rewards, the whole screen is glitched, an when I try to close the VIP Reward box out it remains on my screen and I have to refresh. So I am unable to accept the VIP 5 rewards and the screen is permanently open until I refresh :P

I have a similar problem. i clicked on the VIP screen to see what VIP1 provides, and cannot close the VIP screen.
