    Thumbs up TYNON - Any answers to player concerns & issues?

    browsing through comments and postings on the various Tynon Servers there is a COMMON thread in ALL concerning lost items, resets, changes/patches having adverse affects, instability, multiple resets etc etc etc etc

    To date, I haven't seen any Tynon Comments, OR actions, that have rectified peoples missing items. Nor has there been any statements about the sorry state of the development and support of this game. This indifference is driving people away, from what could be a great game.

    Can we have proper support, re-instatement of missing item, and regular up-dates - all of which are essential to keep this game alive.

    I've reported a few things to the billing support (which is actually for other things as well - not just billing) and have received responses. Maybe your best bet would be there in the future?

    Have you actually spoken to there members and asked if their gems and some of their lost items have been replaced AFTER contacting the Billing Department? Do not speak for others.

    This isn't a re-imbursement kinda game. If server fails and you lose gems boosting or something your just SOL. At best you will get a compensation package that is about 1/10th of what people spent. Everything is a gamble, somedays you can't log in it's at 99% or you log in and it says you don't have a character. I'd love for tynon to prove me wrong and give me my gems back but in reality it will never happen.

    Tynon is pushing the absolute boundaries of what is possible in a browser game. When you push boundaries, problems will arise. This is true of any online game, but especially one as advanced and in-depth as Tynon. We have been working steadily to improve the game, as can be seen in the Patch Notes section of the forums, and we're not done by a long shot. We'll continue to make improvements and fix any problems which arise. It's what we do.

    If you're having an issue with missing items or something of that nature, that can only be dealt with on an individual basis. Please contact myself or our customer support team and we'll do everything we can to help you.

    However, please recognize that you only speak for yourself and no one else. Generalized threads like this--which are intended only to stir up anger--serve no purpose and will not be tolerated on this forum. Troll elsewhere.
