    Just Coined, No Gems!

    I just bought 500 gems as Paypal guest. There are NO gems in account. I have a receipt showing the transaction

    This happened to a member of mine from my guild. He also purchased 500 gems and nothing, it was however taken out of his account. I sent him over to the billing department.
