Ok I am very much aware that for smoulder we do need magic attack and hit as a must from runes. But I am uncertain about the break rune.
In short hit helps u bypass dodge, break helps u bypass block. Can magic be blocked? And is break rune actually helping Smoulder? Any opinions?
