Anyone else having issues with this? First I get a map error code 9 when entering the area, then when trying to engage battle, i get NPC not found, and battle doesnt load ... This happened the other day as well and after many hours it started working again. Any idea what it is or why?

I have this issue too and can't proceed with 'Missing Ambassador' quest. Hope somebody can fix this as soon as possible.....
I have exactly the same problem with " Captive curse scholars" which is allowed at lvl 28. I am totally stucked here. I´ve empty cache, tested both Chrome and Firefox. Same problem - stucked here.
Please help asap...

Aha... ok, thank´s I have less than 20...
Had been better if you couldn´t get in there with at least 20 stamina.
np,post back if it lets you enter the quest once you have 20 stamina
