Some people are really not descriptive in their reporting of problems here - Probably why it's taking the tech team so long too look through them all.

So, I was thinking if we could all try and stick to some sort of protocol to make it easier and give as much information over as possible. Then the problems could be worked on instead of the mods/tech team having to ask questions to find out what's happening to the player in question and wait for replies etc.

So, if anyone includes something like the following:

Feature:
What the feature is doing it shouldn't be:
What I was doing in the lead up:
What I have already tried to fix it:

So for example (And I'm not reporting a bug, I'm making this up)

Server played on: Wings of Hermes
Feature: Guild
What the feature is doing it shouldn't be: It won't let me claim my daily contrubtion benefits
What I was doing in the lead up: I came out of the labyrinth, into my guild area and tried to claim.
What I have already tried to fix it: I have tried clearing the cache and I have tried to refresh several times.

And walla, I have given as much information as I can, if more is needed, it'll be asked for but I've given a good base for the tech team to look into the problem.
