Skill dmg cannot be blocked by physical defence. But can be blocked by skill dmg. As far as i can see - if your attack is 1000 and my p defence is 500, you will deal 500 dmg only xD
If your skill attack is 10000 and my p defence is 5050505050505, you will hit me for 10000 damage xD
