Ok that is flawed then. If you have sanctified up to the max level, then that hero should be removed form your tavern so you dont get that rare opportunity to get a legendary hero and you get stuck with something the game will not let you use. Also what happens when you get to max level and have several useless attributes like +magic attack on a non mage?

The reason we still can have them is so that the next time they up the sanctify level's of heros the peeps who have saved their cards can use them
