Sanctify at 0% success rate :/

Ok today a guildy got a new card for sanctification for Alexa... His Alexa is half-angel V and look what we bumped in to :/

Those succes rates are a bad thing in this game.
It's ust simple ordinary stealing from the players.
I've waist 15 stars cause the succes rate was 20%.
That is worst enough but the real stealing begins when Tynon also takes away the allready upgraded stars I have.
So I lost 15 stars for failed upgrades and my hero was going from 6 allready upgraded stars to 4 upgraded stars.
Tha'ts double stealing.
I dont care for paying and I did pay for those stars but dont let mepay and then steal it away on this way.
Tynon, fixe this pls.
