Keep getting credits and they disappear. Went 400,000 to 15,000, went to fair bought 152,000 more and it dropped to 30,000. Something isn't right. Fix or explain it please.

Ok this just happened to me. I had over 600K I refresh and now I have just over 500K. What is going on here?
