Quest Seek assistance - defeat rick the guard ended without finishing, bug

Hi!

I hope an admin can take care of this.

I was doing "Seek assistance - defeat rick the guard" quest. As endboss I had to defeat Molted Golem but he's too strong for me. Today I wanted to try him again as I gained some power, but when I entered the room with Molted Golem, I saw him lying on the ground. Ok I thought, thats weird. Then I went thru the blue portal. To the next zone.

Now something strang happened. I entered a room with dwarves and my quest changed to "Seek assistance - defeat gary, get the key". Note. I didnt see a "quest complete" screen, I didnt receive any attributes or no gems or tokens, nothing.


Now everytime when I click at the right of my screen at the quest, to run the quest, it teleports me to the area of "defeat gary, get the key" butt.. it gives me an error window "change map errorcode: 9".
I think something is not right here as I didnt finish my last quest properly and didnt receive the rewards from it.

Can an ingame admin reset my quest so I can re-do "seek assistance - defeat rick the guard" again and finish the endboss properly? Thanks!

Best mister forum moderaters, could you please forward my quest problem to game staff/gm's/devs so they know the problem is there and could fix it possibly?

I hate this, i can't run quests now while that is a huge part of gaining lvl/exp/credits/stats/power. Besides running the daily events, I'm literually stuck. Thanks for forwarding this to staff that can analyze/solve the problem, thank you very much.

Same for me on server 42. MAXIMUS is char.... I have been stuck in the same place for awhile now with no way to get past it. This is the bad thing about this game. If I actually made a money transfer and payed for gems look where I would be. Now this toon is quest-locked, for good hu....glad I haven't spent any $$$ on this game. Really gets one behind on the rank-board. Suks bad. TYNON needs to get real...
