Quest captive curse scholars

when i enter this quest a change map error : 9 pops up and when i get into a battle with a npc it says waiting for batle to load and ive waited 1/2 hr and still not in battle i can hope onto my other toon and that doesnt happen so theres not a lag issue
need help and can this be fixed before my beginners rewards disapar if not like to be reinburst for this error messing everything up

I experienced thar problem myself. They say it's because you don't have enough stamina to enter that location.

This has happened to me before on my experience points logging character, it cleared up after leaving it along for a day.

I experienced thar problem myself. They say it's because you don't have enough stamina to enter that location.

That's weird I had over 100 stamina when it happened to me O_o

Same thing happened here,once 20 stamina was reached,problem solved.
