Missing guild, can't get to Cerberus, etc

On the times I can log in more often thAN NOT MY GUILD IS GONE, AS IN i DON'T BELONG TO ONE. mY TROOPS ARE MISSING, NO LONGER IN FORMATION AND AM MISSING POWER. Ooops. caplock.
Unable to get to Cerberus event. I open the windows for Armor or any of the dealers and the windows are blank.
Basically the game is a complete mess and totally unplayable. Really helps that there is no support area that I can find either.

This wouldn't be a bad game if I could just play it. Thanks for nothing.

Clear your cache and refresh.. If not, try another browser. Good luck in sorting the issue out

already tried all the usual fixes, clearing cache, dumping history, restarting PC, etc. Nothing helping. I try with Chrome, Firefox and Opera. Nada.
