Beginner rewards

Alright, so I finally completed my beginners rewards, great and all that. I got 280 gems for finishing day six and seven combined. I spent 79 gems of that on reputation, gold and credits using the fair. My game lagged shortly there after and I was forced to refresh. Upon getting back into the game, all the gold, credits, reputation and remaining 201 gems that I had were gone. Clearing my Cache and cookies did nothing to fix this. I also can not get the gems back using beginner rewards because the option is no longer available. I would greatly appreciate getting back what I spent days trying to get, back.

This was with my character Lapis, whom I finally got to level 45 with today. Who is still level 45 despite everything else being missing. This was on Server 6.

I also made sure that I relogged in and refreshed the page multiple times, so don't suggest that I 'refresh' the page. I've done that already.
