Package has not arrived w/ coins and credits

I have been checking everyday since getting the notice about the package for coins and credits ( due to Las Vegas issues) but I have not recieved any such package nor has it been added to myexisting coins/credits. Please advise.

On another issue, whenever I loot someone chest in the arena I only get half the chest , at least when it contains gems. This has been the case several several tines already. Please advise on this as well. Cajun Blaze of Fire Dragon Server two Light Realm

I beg to differr but the package never did arrive. I've been watching the numbers all aling and it simply did not get added into what I already had. All I'm asking for is what you offered. Please resond

Also, I am not getting ANY Spirit points in the Heavenly Realm whenever a purple or gold apears, I've had at least 60 of them appear and there is not a single spirit point on there.Please reply to this issue as well.

you need to go to billing support from tynon.com and report this. Update the ticket daily. Posting this type of issue on the forum will not get it resolved.
