I know that the guild level determines how many members you can recruit and what cities you can attack in Guild Warfare. Are there any other benefits to the members when the guild hall is upgraded, like from 3 to 4?

Unlock new cities for Guild Warfare that have better buffs than the ones unlocked at guild level 3. I imagine you would get more coins and credits from claiming guild benefits.
Yes, you receive more coins/credits/experience from guild benefits. Other than that, I don't believe there are any other benefits.

There has to be more information out there somewhere! It's amazing something this monumental in the game hasn't been written about more -
