    Happens before it Happens

So in the arena I am currently in 8th place. Someone from another guild was hitting me like crazy (testing formations most likely) and I was on an 11 streak.

11 is no big deal at all, so I decide to to challenge 7th place.

Before the loading bar is even popped up I see my streak go down to 0.

What's the point of watching the battle if you already know what will happen?

you can learn about how you get another outcome. (If you have lost.)
But would be great to be able to skip watching a battle.

I find watching it very informative.. 9 times out of 10, unless the player is a hell of a lot stronger then me, I can change my formation around, and then I can win.

Perks of getting to watch XD

I'm guilty of doing that, I'll sit there and try out different formations for a while before I give up, in addition to changing around your formation you can shuffle your runes around your heroes too, sometimes that makes a difference.

Dawnseeker posted a while back during beta when people were complaining about possibly losing rewards from the Heroic Realm due to player attacks in there that once you take an action the results were already calculated prior to the commencement. Maybe there was a missed line that causes the result to be displayed instead of hidden. derp.

same here, if i see before the battle that i lost, i watch it more intensely so i know where to change my formation to have the right outcome next time.

All I was saying is you should have the option to skip it.
I sit and watch alot of it too, but sometimes it's just not worth it. Those times I would love a "skip fight" button.

this pre calculated dmg is leading players who do way more damage than others being able to time baal last hits , increasing their chances significantly over other players

I agree that we should be able to skip if it we choose to.

Watching the fights as you get higher in rank is great. But when grinding up from low levels, I would love to not have to watch 700 battles along the way.
