As of now in the game, the only thing you know for sure you just bought is the right to complain on the forums with no response or solution. Some just paid more for this right.

yeah, this isnt just effecting you either. Pretty much the whole server is stuck offline. Were not going to be able to kill baal in water realm as the top 15 people in the arena are locked out. Every single person who paid for a boost is missing out (although not necessarily as much as you since youre not even getting the rep per fight)...

Sucks though
