I lost gems and credits because of this. I contacted Paypal, and disputed the charges as not getting what i paid for, since they were taken and I did not get to use them.

REALLY. The BAAL Boss shows up and your game freezes up and no one can attack it. THE ONE DAMN DAY Where I can make the damn boss at 3pm, and it doesn't even work.

Yep about 25min in to the fight and cant even get 10mil hp gone...stuck at 9% for over 5 minutes...yay another waste of credits that we won't get back! I look forward to this everyday when I wake up! NOT!

Damn. Well im getting a ****load of rep for the next hour...but Baal is all about the last hit.

The customer relations in this game suck ****. The staff is literally non-existent for all these people who have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars in just the past week. Its not just about fixing the issues its about showing your face and talking to your players.
