At least this time they didn't blame us like they do from time to time. But they think, in their little world, that just posting is enough to make it all better. I wonder if it works on them when they call Tech Support or something with issues "Oh, thanks for calling, yes there is an issue, but we think it's your fault, and well no you get no refund for anything lost, but we will see about correcting later issues, maybe"
