Whenever they DO have a big problem they are working on, they should reply with at least some explanation, an apology and at least a time frame to give us an idea of WHEN things will be back up and running again. (Not compensation announcement because not everybody should get the same compensation. Some people spent gems, but not everyone did)
I rather they take down the entire server, fix it and bring it back up. But... I guess costumer support isn't their specialty.
Have you spoke one on one with them? LOL They really told me that the power outage that shut them down was partly my fault, so any Gems spent was lost, because they do not make it up to "single players". They ignore questions asked, and just sort of push it off as no big deal. I guess the $120 I spent is in their pocket, they don't care anymore. But really, I would have spent more if this didn't keep happening of if they refunded my Gems and did not just blame the player base.
I think they have never worked with customers before. I do know I disputed it with Paypal, Tynon did not respond, so it was sent up the chain, and i kept screen shots of this being an all around issue. Now if other people would dispute it (and then in a week, take the follow up step) I am sure the game would get fixed and the employees there who are making money off of us, would learn to act.
Now I want at least half of my money spent back, since they wont replace the Gems.
