I kind of agree with you there (except from how you put it and how you insulted someone that just took time out of their day to reply to us)
Whenever they DO have a big problem they are working on, they should reply with at least some explanation, an apology and at least a time frame to give us an idea of WHEN things will be back up and running again. (Not compensation announcement because not everybody should get the same compensation. Some people spent gems, but not everyone did)
I rather they take down the entire server, fix it and bring it back up. But... I guess costumer support isn't their specialty.
