I created a non vip account and tested - there is a bug in runes. If not a vip you can get more yellows to drop then if your a vip. There is bug an support seems to ignore the fact people are using a glitch to get more yellow runes to drop and your paying customers are getting shafted cause the glitch only works for non vip members

did you file a ticket with billing support on this? It may be a glitch, or it may be intentional to "help level up the playing field". The definition of "evening things out" likely varies widely from coder perspective to player perspective. My game dev buddy and coder friends all have Asperger's Syndrome, and are smart as can be when it comes to tech stuff and such. But are woefully socially awkward and don't understand how non-aspy people think. Just a thought. But I love them all! They keep my PC and laptop running like rivers! Just can't dress them up and take them out anywhere...

I beginning to think its account based luck, I have been online and seen the same person get gold after gold in a span of 5 min, no lie. I hardly ever get fragments or even the final rune keeper. So balance or luck is bs, I have no luck elsewhere in the game. For one guy to say that on another server he gets yada yada and this one he don't makes me think its total char/acct based. Whatever it is I am sure sick of having the worst luck at the entirety of the game, tavern (dont even get me started here), runes, stars... This truly is not a way to keep players, yep sure you will get ppl to sign up but can u keep them playing and buying gems? NOPE.
