100k gems arena stakes claimed n lost on glitch

i just dropped down from 99 in the arena to 67th to steal the 1000 gems from another player....i won the battle...waited out the claim timer and claimed the gems...then the server glitched n when it let me log back in the gems i had claimed and been credited with were gone. can tynon plz investigate and fix this?

they can investigate, but if history is an indication of what will happen, you will not get the gems back. the gems were won, not paid for, and therefore an unfortunate casualty of the crash...but i hope they prove me wrong

I made a post as well on this, spoke to boroeast and we probably won't get anything from it.

this is really some outta line ****. in the name of fair gameplay we should get the gems back as there is a record of it bcuz the server still has me at rank 67...if there was no record bcuz of server issues id be at rank 99 still like it never happened. plus the server announced the 1000 gems stakes on world chat so there is also a text record showin where the gems where at and its plain to see that ive taken that spoy by a win....grrr

welcome to the club. It has nothing to do with the crash. I had the same problem two days ago and there was no crash them. It is a bug and they should fix it.

yup, there is a record of it. plus many witnesses to it. but there is nothing that they will do. they just don't care.
