A while back when you had vegas power outage causing server crash, I had won the Deathsinger Shayd card, paid 2.1 million credits to recruit after winning not to mention the millions it took just to win it, then the power went out shutting down the server for hours. When power came on and server was up I didn't have the shayd card. I then spent all kinds of credits and won it again but it should be a saint now. I would like the missing card replaced.

Today july 4th approx 11:57 am westcoast, I won the Mad Chemist saffron card paid the 1.2 million credits to recruit and again not to mention the millions of credit used to when the card. After recruiting I continued to play in heavens tavern to try and win more cards and game server/game locked up and seemed to be down for 10-15 min and when game came back online and I gained entrance I didn't have the Mad Chemist affron card in my invintory. I would like to have this card replaced.

It seems everytime I win a good card the game crashes and I get screwed out of it. I contacted customer/tecnical support through the contact us link found on bottom of the page but never hear back from them. I guess They don't care about us paying members and can't even take the two seconds it would take to respond and replace the cards to keep us paying and free playing members happy. I am really considering taking me and my clan to a different game to play if this doesn't get resolved. I understand bugs in a game can happen but I do expect good customer support and unfortunatly haven't found it here in the forums or through the contact us link.
