So Cerberus had 50million Hp today and Baal had 10million is this permanent? A dev just felt like changing cerberus's hp? or will they both be getting HP increases?
I assume its because theres more powerful players and cerberus/baal die faster than the 1 hour time limit but only having 1 of them stronger is rather an inconvenience, especially when there is alot more players online for baal and yet cerberus had the hp increase.
It's based off of the combined power levels of your realm, the more high powered people you have the more HP your Baal and Cerberus will have :S

I think this Baal/Cerebus situation sucks. It allows the top 3 to get items so strong that catch up is almost impossible!!!!!! I think if you finish in the top 3 you need to get a 1-2 day ban so others have a chance to catch up and get competitive. If not this game is going to die of pretty quick!!!!!!! Who wants to play if you can't catch up. or even just get competitive.
That's how games are supposed to work, you reward those who do the best....if you start taking away the rewards from the players who do the best and giving them to the mid-range players....well that doesn't make sense, now does it? The top players earned the right to get the rewards and they would be punished for doing well. I agree though, and i'm speaking out of the perspective of someone who is allways in the top 3 of boss events.
This game is not extremely well designed, the top players are only creating a bigger gap between them and the people trailing.
Cerb and Baal's hp is based on how quickly your realm can kill it. There seems to be something in place that makes the change automatically.
Note: that is how it seems to work from my perspective.
