Morgan, I don't think it's a own all 3 cities for the buff because we own all 5 +20% rep for a total of +100% rep and it shows the buff under stamina bar, along with getting rep anywhere, ex. +5 rep shows as Reputation +5 (+5)

My opinion is lvl4+ cities bonuses have not been integrated into the game yet. I'm sure live just copied over all the caps and restrictions from beta, nothing a flip of the switch can't fix

I never said I was right, it was just a theory working on logic. It'll be interesting to see once guilds own all the level 4 cities whether the buff will be activated or not. Chances are that'll happen before its fixed, if it is a problem.

It is the same think as with the Tittle Bonus only the Health and Hero works there, the % Bonuses does not work there too as Profet states in another bug report.
Seams as if the % Bonuses are not implemented yet into the game that is no longer in a beta phase. So Please dev's fix this problem asap cause the people want what they have pay for.
Only a nice looking screen with a volumptous noble lady will not do the trick we want the goodies too lolz. Just to get rid of something else as well many do not have a Credit Card and cant use Paypal cause of this have anyone from the Dev's think about letting us Use Paysafe Cards since they are widely available in Europe and a Europe server like Thunder of Zeus would benefit of it.

BTW Clarity of server Thunder of Zeus will take today the 3rd level 4 city so we will miss a full 150% bonus as of today that's allot to miss each day if you have counted and payed for it in investing in the Guild.
Holding 8 City's and not getting all the promised bonuses for it is not good advertising for any game.

Totally agreed. Tnx for the wrap up. Atm the biggest issue is that we dont get bonuses from titles and lvl4 cities. Hope this will be fixed asap

If we don't get actually and answer soon from Tynon support itself about this issue i would propose VIP Customers write to Tynon Customer Service cause they do not get what they have payed for.

Maybe then we can see something actually happen about it. Cause really guys an answer like "we are working on it" does not cost you anything.

I'm from Dark Realm on Blaze of Fire Dragon. We're currently holding 2 lv4 cities, getting no coin/credit bonuses for it. No icon showing up like it does for the rep bonus from lv3 cities either. Will be taking the 3rd lv4 city tonight. Compo gunna have to be rather large for this, 50% for 1 day and 100% for 2nd, thts alot of coins/credits missed out on. Would hate to have to claim a chargeback from paypal for my VIP status for not getting what we've paid for.

Yea our's isnt working yet. TynonNo1 - Light Realm. We arnt getting the +50% either. The rep is working but the other isn't.

My guild darkside has taken 2 Lvl 4 Npc's. You can check that (we own both) we havent seen any buffs from it and it has been 2 days already! We are taking our 3rd tonight, and of course it isn't working LOL nothing ever works in this game for very long!

I know I was just pointing out another possibility. I can see A LOT of additions and where Tynon is trying to take the game, if you just look around in-game you'll see the same. It just seems they are trying to keep the game balanced while they sweeping out the bugs

3rd lvl 4 city taken no +150% for it at all and it does not add to your rep % since we lost a lvl 3 city and rep bonus felt to 80% so not any addition at all for holding any amount of level 4 cities and that's a fact.
