[bug report] Hope-bringer's Helmet recipe bug

Platform: MAC, OS10.6.8, Chrome
I built HopeBringer's Helm w/ plans, all required materials & lvl 10 apprentice helm. A pop up box appeared showing me the properly created item & offering me a button to "equip". When I hit that button, though, the item wasn't equipped, reverted back to lvl 10 apprentice item & I lost the plans/scroll & all materials! Refresh or restart of browser didn't help. Neither did clearing cookies & cache.

It may have been fixed with my 4th refresh. Odd.

If you clicked on the equip button it will go to your next best hero in like. For example if you crafted it for your Archer but your Cavalry was better the game will automatically remove the lesser armor piece off the Cavalry hero and replace it with the newly crafted piece. This happens to me all the time and I used to flip out and rage until I figured out what was happening.
