Okay, so first of all I haven't played this character before, I started it awhile back and never had a chance to really play it. Now the problem is when I log onto this character in Might of Helios I'm at the beginning area and cannot move. There are no quests either so I cannot click on the quest to continue on. I see the sword that Im supposed to pick-up yet I cannot click it or anything on the screen. I can click on the map, then choose to attack a npc, but I do not have any equipment so not possible to beat them. Basically Im totally stuck from continuing on.

I have tried refreshing (Multiple times), switching browser's (at first I was using chrome, and my character was standing on top of a tent, then tried internet explorer and it brought me to the start of the beginning area, but still couldn't move) restarting browser/computer and clearing my cache on both internet explorer and chrome. This is the only character I cannot play on (have 3 other servers with characters on it) If there is a solution someone can tell me (which I doubt it because it's on the mod's side of the game [my character not being able to move AT ALL]) it would be appreciated, but I bet there isn't a solution that we as the common folk can fix...
